API Documentation

The Truthy API provides a simple interface for accessing our data, statistics, and images using simple scripts.

Methods of access

We currently offer our application programming interface (API) through Mashape. Mashape offers modules in various languages (Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, Obj-C) that you can use to acess the API in JSON, CSV, or XML format.

We handle rate limiting via Mashape. You must sign up for a Mashape account to use the API.
